Saudi Arabian customer visited Hejia Tech to discuss coffee machine project

Today, a delegation of well-known kitchen appliance brands from the Middle East visited Hejia Tech from Saudi Arabia.The two sides reached a strategic cooperation intention on the development and manufacturing of a new generation of high-end coffee machine. The following picture shows a detailed discussion between the customer and the technical team of Hejia Tech regarding the sample.

What are the design points of coffee machine?

1.Based on the structural characteristics of the shell and the technical requirement that there should be no slide contour marks on the outer surface, a simplified three plate mold frame was selected, and a "circular channel+fan-shaped gate" pouring system and a fixed mold slide+inclined top core pulling mechanism were designed on the mold.

2. Choosing a circular runner+fan-shaped gate feeding system solves defects such as weld marks and bubbles on plastic parts;

3. Choose a simplified three plate mold frame, eliminate the pushing plate on the mold frame, and use the fixed mold seat plate to drive the inclined wedge movement;

4. Designing inclined surfaces on both sides of the wedge solves the problem of demolding the slider driven by the wedge;

5. The sloping roof is designed as a structure consisting of a sloping roof rod, a T-shaped groove, and bolts, which solves the problem of difficult disassembly and assembly of the sloping roof;

6. Installing a reset block for the ejector mechanism on the lower surface of the moving mold base plate instead of a reset spring solves the problem of resetting the ejector mechanism.

There are various structures of plastic injection mold, and different mold structures are suitable for plastic parts with different structures. In this coffee machine, a three-point fan-shaped gate for injection of glue, a movable mold inclined top, and a fixed mold slider structure are designed. A simplified point gate mold frame is used, and the guide column is installed on the fixed mold base plate. When opening the mold, the fixed mold base plate and the fixed template are first separated, and the fixed mold base plate drives the inclined wedge, which drives the slider to perform demolding motion.
